You retain all rights to your business data. We do not claim ownership of any data you input into our system. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We offer free customizations as part of our enterprise service. Custom features developed for your business remain our intellectual property but you have full rights to use them within your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queeker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we may delete your data from our systems.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
